How does billing work?

Every plan includes a monthly pool of credits, and conversation is metered per model — persona-1.5-live runs at 6 credits per minute. Once credits are used, extra minutes are billed at that model's per-minute rate on the next invoice.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you're charged the full difference between plans regardless of where you are in the billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

Yes. Custom avatars are made with image-to-avatar — they're the same thing: turn any portrait into a production-ready avatar. Available on Enterprise plans.

Yes to all three. Every plan lets you bring your own LLM, voice model, or voice agent, and you can configure them from the platform dashboard or through the API.

What happens if I hit my concurrent session limit?

New sessions are declined with a clear error your application can handle gracefully — existing sessions are never interrupted. If you're regularly hitting the ceiling, move up a tier or talk to us about elevated concurrency.
